    1978至1982,四川农业大学兽医专业学习,获学士学位;
    1982至1985,四川农业大学动物传染病与预防兽医学专业学习,获硕士学位;
    1998至2001,四川大学生命科学学院遗传学专业,生物工程方向学习,获博士学位;
    ●工作经历
    1996年破格晋升教授
    1985-2007年在四川农业大学工作,其间多次到美国、英国、澳大利亚等访问学习和合作研究
    2001年起担任博士生导师
    2005年起担任四川大学“985”西南资源环境与灾害控制科技创新平台学术带头人
    2008年作为引进人才正式调入四川大学工作。
    2009年1月至现在任“动物疫病防控与食品安全四川省重点实验室”主任
    2011年1月起担任四川大学生命科学学院副院长。

从事动物疾病防控与动物性食品安全的基础和应用研究,在禽病防控研究特别是禽传染性支气管炎病毒基因工程疫苗、蛋鸡疾病控制、蛋鸡疾病净化与产品安全、动物源细菌耐药性检测与控制、规模化猪场疾病控制技术体系等方面取得重要进展和突出成绩,为保障动物健康和动物性食品安全提供技术支持。
